Introduction and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services, features, and content on the btd88 platform. By creating an account or using the services on btd88, you are considered to have accepted every clause of these Terms.
The person using this platform is referred to in this document as "User" or "Member". To learn more about our services, visit our btd88 About Us page.
These Terms are written in Bengali and shall be considered the definitive document. Continued use of the platform will be taken as confirmation that you are aware of and agree to the latest Terms.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
1.1 Age Condition
To open an account or use any service on btd88, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Participation in casino or betting activities by minors is strictly prohibited.
btd88 reserves the right to verify age at any time. Failure to provide the required information or documents for verification may result in account suspension or closure.
1.2 Accuracy of Personal Information
The name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. btd88 reserves the right to immediately close an account and forfeit funds if false information is provided.
Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, the additional accounts will be cancelled and any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited.
1.3 Geographic Applicability
btd88 is operated for users in Bangladesh. If the laws applicable to a user in a particular country or region prohibit use of this service, it is that user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own country.
Account Registration and Security
2.1 Registration Process
To become a member, you must provide your name, mobile number, and password in the designated form on the btd88 Login page. Verification of your mobile number via OTP is required.
Once registration is complete, the user will have access to all btd88 services; however, additional identity verification may be required before any payment-related activity.
2.2 Password and Account Security
The user is solely responsible for keeping their login details confidential. Keep your password strong and do not share it with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the btd88 support team immediately.
btd88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of an account, unless it is proven that the incident was caused by a failure in btd88's own security.
2.3 Account Suspension and Closure
btd88 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Providing false identity or documents
- Operating multiple accounts
- Abusing bonuses or promotions
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform
- Participating in collaborative betting or match fixing
- Suspicious transactions indicating money laundering

The minimum deposit amount on btd88 is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank).
Deposits must always be made from the registered mobile number or account. Use of third-party payment methods is not accepted and such transactions may be returned.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests may be held if identity verification has not been completed or wagering requirements have not been met.
btd88 may request additional documents before processing any large withdrawal. Payments may be delayed during review of suspicious transactions.
3.3 Currency
All transactions on btd88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in foreign currency or cryptocurrency are not accepted.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and a wager of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be completed before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
The bonus is not cash; it cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements are met. If the bonus amount has not been wagered 15 times, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.
4.2 Other Promotions
btd88 offers various promotions from time to time, such as:
- btd88 Weekly Deposit Festival: 20% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 18x; minimum deposit ৳500.
- btd88 Slots Fun Bonus: 30% of deposit on slots, up to ৳8,000; wagering 20x; minimum deposit ৳500.

Each promotion has its own terms, and multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Any form of bonus system abuse — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, strategic betting to meet requirements (e.g. hedging), or operating an account solely to take advantage of promotional benefits — gives btd88 the right to cancel the bonus and related winnings and close the account.
Betting and Casino Usage Rules
5.1 Bet Decisions
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error occurs in the btd88 system or event. Bets placed due to a user's own error are not refundable.
5.2 Erroneous Odds or Payouts
If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a system error, btd88 reserves the right to recalculate at the correct value. Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds may be cancelled.
5.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement
If a match or event is fully cancelled or does not conclude within the scheduled time, bets will be settled according to btd88's own rules. Individual sports sections may have their own additional rules.
5.4 Technical Failure
If a bet or game session is interrupted mid-way due to loss of internet connection or a device issue, the result will be determined according to the game's server record.
VIP Program and Cashback Terms
6.1 VIP Levels
The btd88 VIP Program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate varies at each level.
Cashback is paid at a set rate on the week's net losses. Example: a Gold member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.
6.2 VIP Benefit Terms
Sharing VIP benefits for commercial purposes or with third parties is prohibited. btd88 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel VIP status for any reason. Cashback is a benefit, not a guaranteed income.
Personal Data and Privacy
btd88 collects and processes personal data provided during registration and throughout use of the platform. Details of how this data is stored, used, and kept secure can be found on our Privacy Policy page.
Your data is kept secure through SSL encryption technology. The terms described in the Privacy Policy apply to any transfer of data to third parties.
Responsible Gaming Commitment
btd88 believes that gambling and betting should be enjoyed only as entertainment. If any user feels their gaming habits are going beyond their control, they may apply to set limits on their account or request a temporary break.
For more information and support on this matter, follow our Responsible Gaming guidelines. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 years of age.
We recommend that users spend only the amount of money they can afford to lose. Playing with the mindset of recovering losses can lead to harmful habits.
Intellectual Property and Content Rights
All content on the btd88 platform — logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of btd88 or its authorised partners. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any content for commercial purposes.
Game content and software are the property of the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution) and are governed by their own terms of use.
Limitation of Liability
10.1 Service Availability
btd88 aims to provide uninterrupted service, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical reasons, or unforeseen circumstances. btd88 is not obliged to provide financial compensation for such interruptions.
10.2 Third-Party Services
btd88 accepts limited liability for failures of payment gateways, game providers, or other third-party services. btd88 will attempt to resolve such issues, but complete control over third-party infrastructure is not possible.
10.3 User Decisions
The decision to place bets or play casino games is entirely the user's own. btd88 does not guarantee any outcome. The risk of losing money in gambling is always present.
Changes to Terms and Dispute Resolution
11.1 Right to Amend
btd88 may amend these Terms at any time. Registered members will be notified of significant changes via email or site notification. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be taken as agreement to the new terms.
11.2 Complaints and Disputes
For any complaint or dispute, first contact btd88 via 24/7 live chat or email. Our support team provides service in Bengali and English.
For answers to common questions and service-related information, visit our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page — most questions are answered there in brief.
If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, both parties may seek the assistance of a mutually agreed neutral mediator.
11.3 Applicable Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. The competent courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction to settle any legal disputes.
